The total time frame for order delivery is 20 business days in total, covering the entire order processing and shipping transit process.
Processing time: Includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be fully processed and ready for dispatch within the overall 20-business-day delivery cycle.
Shipping time: Refers to the transit time for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination, which is included in the total 20-business-day delivery time frame.
Please note: The total delivery time (20 business days) covers both order processing and shipping transit. During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer than the standard 20 business days.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping methods include Wanb, YANWEN, 4PX and others. At this time, we do not allow customers to choose a specific shipping carrier. Orders shipped via YANWEN will be handed off to USPS or ONTRAC for final delivery.
How Can I Track My Order?
Our standard total delivery cycle is 20 business days starting from the moment an order is accepted, including a 24-hour initial processing period for order sorting and daily business day dispatch arrangements. (Processing and delivery may take longer during promotional sales). As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. You will also be able to track your order in your account on Xin Pei Yuan Limited.
Tax And Duties
All logistics fees are inclusive of taxes, and customers do not need to pay any additional import duties. However, customers are obliged to cooperate with customs inspections if their packages are selected for inspection. If customers need to return the products, they will be responsible for any taxes incurred.
Please note that import taxes may still apply in certain regions. Taxes and fees charged shall be interpreted by the EU organizations.
How To Change My Delivery Address?
Once you realize your delivery address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (arvilnjie@gmail.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivery address before dispatch within the 20-business-day delivery cycle. Please kindly note that we cannot change the address once the item has been dispatched.

Please do not worry about whether people will know what you purchased. We take care of your privacy with 100% discreet shipping. Each order will be shipped in plain packaging with no reference to anywhere or anything inside. No one knows what great babe you've bought.
