After-sales Policy

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. The whole order processing and shipping cycle takes up to 20 days in total. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order (within 24 hours), we can cancel your order and refund your money before the 20-day logistics cycle proceeds!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is a defect, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your goods. In that case, we would be happy to help find a resolution for the issue within the 20-day overall order logistics cycle!
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
Dear customer, we support exchanges within 7 days after you receive the product, provided it is in its original condition and will not affect resale. The entire international logistics process of the order is completed within 20 days. Because we use international delivery, you will need to pay for the return shipping and any applicable tariffs.
